walking on an Island, where a lighthouse is being rennovated

Treatment: Spornax for the first month. Fluconozole for the second and third. Eye procedure performed twice at the University of Guelph, with the injection of a Voriconazole and Triamcinolone in both eyes.
Atropine and Tobradex eye drops
Cost of Treatment: To date: $12,000.00
Additional Comments: Bosun at the time of writing 13 January has almost fully recovered including return of his eyesight.
