Support for Bunny

Hi -
   I normally post in the animal forum, but have had contact with a girl who is diagnosed with Blasto.  She has just begun treatment, and is looking for support and maybe some hints or help with what she is going through right now.  All I know is about our dog, and can't begin to compare it to how a person would suffer through the infection.
   I promised her that I would try and find her a support forum, but I've only come up with http://forums.ebay.com/db1/thread.jspa?threadID=1000504785&tstart=0&mod=1181276133723
and even this is about a dog.
   Hopefully she can find some help from someone here who has experienced it?
