I have given this website info to Will's complete family of supporters at my local clinic and I often wonder if any vets are in the group of visitors I notice when I log in. It would be wonderful if some/one of them would post comments about blasto, its symptoms and the difficulty of diagnosing it within the context of a busy practice. As an owner of a blasto victim and a veteran on this forum of course I think the symptoms we read about from new members are OBVIOUSLY blasto but what about in the context of the 50-100, more? pets that come through a door each day? Are there lots of coughs, lots of reasons for weight loss, lethargy, lameness etc.? Many of my friends have dogs that regularly get "hot spots". Do these look like blasto lesions when you consider how many different "looks" there have been mentioned on this site alone? No medical advice being sought here, just a little peek at blasto from the other side.
