Not the answer we were looking for, but the test results came back with Lymphoma. Instead of just staging a disease that could have been there, we know that he has a below stage 5 Lymphoma for sure and can go from here treating it! Which is huge news for us! Now, just to figure out how to come up with $350 a week for the next 9 weeks and the same for every other week for another 16! I think I'll be picking up part time work to help the expenses:) I am so thankful for this board, and will continue to tell people about how ugly a disease Blasto is. If it means I just may save a life one day, it's worth it! And I think I may still visit here. I've read everyone's stories and have cried at the losses, and am grateful for the successes! I'm so thankful to those of you who helped me through this week of unknowns! Will come back with updates and to see everyone else!

I'm glad you finally have and answer and a direction to go in! Please keep updating us when you get a minute! That is crazy expensive, but then again so is treating blasto. But our friends are worth it!

I'm glad you got an answer and I wish you the best of luck.  I am in a similar situation with a cat.  I cant seem to find a vet able to give me an actual diagnosis.  Please let us know how things are going.
